Molly Herron Bicks (they/them) is a playwright, and producer based in Brooklyn. They are the co-artistic director of Rat Queen Theatre Co, where they write and devise freaky historical theatre. 

Writing credits include: "The Goddamn Tooney Lunes" (co-written with Rat Queen Theatre Co) developed through a residency with Colt Couer.  “Judy Doomed Us All,” (co-written with Rat Queen Theatre Co.) performed at The New Ohio’s Ice Factory. "Lily,” developed at WTF, was selected as a finalist for the Clauder Awards and performed as a workshop production by Flannel Theatre Company. “Strindberg Vs. Strindberg,” (Co-written with Carsen Joenk) was developed at an independent residency at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center and performed as part of China Town Soup’s Stag Monday series. “Swaggy, An American Love Story,” performed at The Brick Trans Theatre Fest (Co-written with Reed Northrup). Their play Miss Atomic Power was a semi-finalist for the National Playwrights Conference, and a runner-up for the Yale Drama Series Prize . Their work has also appeared at Dixon Place, The Tank, The Pit, Mayday Space, and Art House Productions.
